We choose the world-class IATF 16949 quality management system to guide and standardize our quality management activities. We establish a quality-centered Innovaw corporate culture through customer orientation, performance evaluation, data-driven, and process management. We establish quality management teams at different levels and quality management tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC to realize quality control. We have established a whole-process product quality inspection system to realize quality assurance and promote continuous quality improvement. We have greatly improved our operational efficiency and brand reputation through total quality management.



Our company is certified to IATF 16949 as its quality management system and employs APQP as the core methodology and tool for product development and quality management. Each project strictly advances product development through the five major phases of APQP, as detailed below:
Define customer requirements, conduct project technical reviews, feasibility analysis, and risk identification to formulate the project plan.
Outputs: Include the project plan, feasibility assessment, and risk list.
Conduct product design reviews, DFMEA, DFM, design verification, and validation.
Outputs: Product drawings, DFMEA, design verification report.
Plan forging process routes, design molds, perform PFMEA, develop control plans, and develop tooling, fixtures, and gauges.
Outputs: Process flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, work instructions.
Conduct trial production, dimensional/performance/material validation, CP/CPK, MSA, etc.
Output: Validation reports, PPAP documentation, production release.
Monitor mass production quality data, analyze customer feedback and issues, summarize lessons learned and standardize practices.
Output: Continuous improvement records, standard updates, quality performance reports.

We utilize the 8D report as our core tool for quality improvement and closed-loop issue management. By rigorously implementing the 8D methodology, we ensure rapid response to problems, thorough resolution, and continuous enhancement of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Assemble a cross-functional team, ensuring each member clearly understands their role and responsibilities in the problem-solving process.
Clearly define the problem, including specific details such as what happened, where it happened, when it was discovered, and the impact on the organization. Use data and evidence to support this description.
Implement temporary containment measures to prevent further impact.
Use 5Why or fishbone diagram tools to deeply analyze the root cause.
Update procedures (e.g., work instructions), conduct training, and prevent recurrence.
Finalize the 8D report, conduct evaluation and reflection, and pursue continuous improvement.

Within the framework of the IATF 16949 quality management system, we apply VDA 6.3 as a process audit tool to assess and control project-related process risks, ensuring the stability and consistency of product quality.
- Define objectives, clearly outlining what needs to be achieved in this audit;
- Select an auditor, a qualified auditor who understands the VDA6.3 framework and has experience in process auditing;
- Develop an audit plan, including scope, criteria and timeline, to ensure that all relevant processes are covered;
- Conduct data collection, through interviews, document review and observation of actual processes;
- Assessment, according to VDA6.3 standard assessment process, focusing on process design, implementation and effectiveness;
- Documentation of results, creating a thorough report that describes the results of the audit, including strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement;
- Action Plan, creating an action plan to address identified issues, assigning responsibilities and a timeline for implementation;
- Monitoring progress, reviewing the implementation of the action plan on a regular basis and assessing its effectiveness;
- Continuous improvement, using insights gained from audits to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

We apply VDA 6.5 product audits to verify product conformity and ensure consistent product quality.
- Define the scope of the audit, determine which products are to be audited and the specific quality criteria to be assessed.
- Select the audit team and assemble a team with expertise in product quality assessment.
- Audit Planning, develop a detailed plan outlining the audit process, including timeline and methodology.
- Product Assessment, evaluate the product against defined quality criteria, including functionality, reliability and adherence to specifications.
- Documentation of results, produce a report summarizing the results of the audit, highlighting any non-conformities and areas for improvement.
- Recommendations, provide actionable recommendations to improve product quality and compliance.
- Implement changes, work with the relevant teams to implement changes based on audit findings.
