NINGBO INNOVAW MECHANICAL CO., LTD is a professional manufacturer of aluminum die castings and machined parts, which are widely used in automotive, medical, engineering machinery, petroleum, electric power, lighting and other industries. We have been serving customers worldwide for more than 20 years, the annual sales 50million USD in 2024. Most of our products are exported to Canada, the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Australia and other countries, and we have earned a good reputation among our customers.

With more than 580 employees, we are a team that pursues customer satisfaction and high quality. Depending on the casting process, Innovaw Group has different foundries and machining plants to provide customers with solutions for aluminum and zinc high pressure casting, aluminum low pressure casting, aluminum gravity casting, aluminum investment casting, aluminum sand casting and CNC precision machining. When customers provide drawings and material specifications, we are able to accurately understand their needs. If necessary, our engineering staff can advise on the best processes and techniques for modifying parts or any design.

The factory has been certified with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Lloyd's Register certification and Green Factory audit by government. FAQs
Are you trading company or factory?

We are an aluminum casting manufacturer with 20 years of experience, with our own independent production plant and production line, we provide one-stop service including mold production, die casting and cnc machining.

How to get quotation from you?

We ask for 3D models or detailed 2D drawings. Samples may also be provided for pricing purposes. Please also provide specific details such as the product quantity, annual demand, raw materials, and dimensional tolerances. We accept 3D models in .PRT and .SLDPRT formats, as well as neutral formats such as .IGS, .STP, and .X_T.

When can we get your quotation?

Generally, we will respond within one to three business days. If the product is complex, we may require additional time to analyze the manufacturing process and costs, and we will communicate with you accordingly.

How about your price terms?

Our price terms include FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR, DDU, etc.

How about your lead time?

Because the customer's product demand and complexity is different, need to use different die-casting or casting process, so the delivery time is not the same, we will be with the customer before booking the contract for delivery time confirmation.

tooling lead time: 5-8weeks according to different parts;

first samples lead time: 1-3weeks after tooling ready.

mass order lead time: 5-7weeks

Can you produce based on samples?

Yes, we can. our engineers can make the drawings based on provided samples before tooling.

Can we use your existing mold?

Sorry, we can't. The molds belong to the paying customer with NDA. We have no right to use the customer's molds for any third party without permission.

How do you deal with quality complaint?

we will use 8D tool to process customer's complaint, define root cause and improvment actions.

When we received the inquiry from our customer, we will evaluate initially and see if we can produce or not. If yes and after engineering approval with possibility, we will send the offer.

Our procedure and flow for the new project

  • 1. Customer place tooling and samples order
  • 2. We issue PI for 50% tooling cost for down payment
  • 3. Send tool design drawings for customer approval
  • 4. Start mold production after 50% deposit
  • 5. Send samples for approval with PPAP and other docs like material certification and dimension report, etc.
  • 6.Series production after approval of samples

Guarantee of quality: before mold production, our team will do APQP procedure to evaluate the drawings. After communication and drawings confirmation, to start the mold production and issue the flow chart for the whole process. our team will apply the SPC, MSA, FMEA and PPAP for the whole samples production process. send samples for approval together with PPAP docs. Start series production after signed PSW by customer.

Our team working to guarantee the quality and delivery in time for the new project development. But just in case the procedure failure, we promise to refund the tooling cost deposit to our customer.
